#RunReal with a whole-foot gait. Make contact in the middle of your foot when it strikes the ground - not your heel. You’ll send less impact force up through the body. It’s lower stress and easier on your ankles, knees, hips, and back.
Heavy cushioning and unnecessary support in conventional running shoes encourage a heel-strike gait. Don’t let your shoes take the fun from your run.
“Real Running is not something your body needs to learn. Real running is something your body needs to be reminded of. As a child we all Run Real, it is only as we grow up and get used to conventional running shoes we forget how to run naturally.” - David Sypniewski, SKORA founder.
Measurements refer to body size, not garment dimensions. In instances where your body measurements are in between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
