DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

At this time we only ship within the United States.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. boxes via Standard shipping only. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or you can pay via PayPal or Amazon Payments. Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

I HAVE A COUPON/DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?

You will be able to enter your code during the checkout process before completing your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders are automatically routed once placed and typically cannot be canceled. Although we can't make any promises, if you reach out to us within moments of placing an order, as long as it's before 2pm PT, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) we'll try our best. For best results contact us via Live Chat and include your Order Number.

IF I SELECT THE STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD, WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders placed before 2pm Pacific time will shop out same day, excluding wekeends and holidays. Standard shipping is between 3-7 days to the Lower 48 States.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY CURRENT ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it by logging onto your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your order history. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for our warehouse to inspect your return and process your Refund. View our Refund policy.
