DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
SKORA only ships products within the United States. We hope to add Canada, Mexico, and other countries to our shipping capabilities as soon as 2021.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
SKORA ships to P.O. boxes via Standard Shipping. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via PayPal or Amazon Payments. Please make sure your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if the billing information is not 100% accurate.
I HAVE A COUPON/DISCOUNT CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?
You will able to enter your code during the checkout process, before completing your order. Our site only allows one discount code per order. Any automatic codes will override a manual one.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders are automatically routed once placed and typically cannot be canceled, but we'll try to help if we can. Contact us via email with your request and Order number.
IF I SELECT STANDARD SHIPPING , WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm Pacific time (PT) ship out the same day. Standard shipping time is between 3-7 days to the continental U.S. You will receive an email with a Tracking # once your order ships.
HOW DO TRACK MY CURRENT ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you do not receive this, please contact us via email.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Our returns / exchange policy is 100 days from date of delivery. Please visit our Returns policies for instructions on how to return an item.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

You can purchase gift cards here. Gift card codes are redeemed at checkout.
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept any gift cards or discount codes from 2018 or before.
