Below are some of our favorite routines that will develop many important fitness components.

The beauty of these workouts is that if you progress into them gradually by starting with half of the prescribed repetitions or durations, you should not end up terribly sore or fatigued from these. Doing a routine such as the examples below daily before or after a run is a great option.
