Sizing can be tricky when ordering apparel online.
Even among a single brand, individual shoes may often be sized a tad differently.
We do offer free shipping both ways within the contiguous US and we have a great return policy, however getting the proper size first is always preferable.
Below we go through a few pointers on sizing.
First, it’s important to note that everyone is different.
Customers tell us we fit small, true, or large. How they perceive this also depends on what brand(s) they are comparing our shoes to.
Typically we fit true to size, which means we fit true to your measured sized and you may not need to size from your casual shoes to our shoes, unlike many other brands. If you wear a womens 9.0 in your dress shoes you may very well wear a W9.0 in our shoes.
If you’re currently wearing our shoes and wish to purchase a different SKORA model, chances are you can order the same size. Occasionally people will order a half size larger in the FIT model and a half size down in the CORE model, but this is not true for everyone.
- You may not need to order a larger size in our shoes vs your regular footwear. If you wear a W9.0 dress / everyday shoe a W9.0 SKORA may very well work.
- If you are a M9.0 a W10.5 will fit exactly the same. Same goes for a W12 and a M10.5, for examples. Color is the only difference.
- Remember that if you are in the contiguous US you are able to order one or more sizes/models, receive free shipping to you, try them on for size, and use the prepaid return label to send back any that do not fit. Returns received in their original mint and resellable condition are eligible for a full refund. That means you can order shoes to check out and try on with zero financial cost.
