AMBASSADORS - Michael Nutkowitz
I am an avid runner and I have been runner ever since fifth grade. I have been running cross country and track for the last eight years. My goal is to run in college and if I don’t make the team it won’t keep me off the pavement and trails! I have competed in two half marathons, both being the in Coeur d’Alene. Also, I ran a Team Relay for the Spokane Marathon, in my Skora’s of course. By November I plan to run a marathon.
I remember when I got interested in Skora. I saw them at the Spokane Bloomsday Trade Show. Trying on the Skora Forms felt so right! The simplicity of a minimalist shoe was enticing. I loved how lightweight the shoe was and immediately started to figure out how I could buy these shoes.
I have been training in my Skora Forms in cross country and track since July 2012. It has made a huge difference. I was amazed with the shoes. I have worn them at a number of community runs. I have talked to many teammates about Skora. I got my parents hooked on Skora. I told them they should try them out and they were leery of them because they had never thought of running in minimalist shoes. On their first run in the shoes, my parents were surprised with the outcome of their results. They improved their time with such ease. They now are proud owners of two pairs each of the Skora Forms.
In the fall I will be attending Spokane Fall Community College to pursue my passion of photography. I have been interested in photography since I was in third grade. When I am not running or taking photos I am usually long boarding downtown on a nice day or making masterpiece pizzas at Papa Murphy’s.
