I live in New York City with my wife and newborn son. I work for a medical device company where I manage the east coast sales team, so I'm constantly on the road and looking out for new locations to do some type of training. It's always fun to discover a new place to go out for a run in a city that I didn’t know. I tend to pick a new race every year so I can challenge myself and not get bored doing the same race year after year.

I started with marathons in 2006, moved to endurance and obstacle races, and now I'm a mainstay in triathlons. Every race I always tell myself I don't want to do this anymore, but the enjoyment of pushing myself, seeing what I can accomplish and achieving goals is what drives me to continue. I'd say running is by far my first love because its just me and the road where I can throw on some sunglasses and zone out while training. I can't wait for the day to come when I can run a race with my son. But until then, I'll continue to go out and continue to push myself to see what I can achieve.

Run Real.
