We include a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label with every order over $90 (after discounts/coupons are applied), in other words, on those order that receive free-shipping, we offer free-shipping back to us for those orders that meet the min. order value and shipping was to the lower 48 US States. All other returns/exchanges on orders under $90 (after discounts/coupons are applied) we suggest sending your return using an insured and traceable carrier of your choice.
You may return any SKORA product within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery in their original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.
Please follow the instructions found on the back of the packing slip to return an item. Returns generally take 2-3 weeks to process if sent from continental U.S. locations. Returns sent from overseas locations may take longer. Refunds for returns will generally be issued to the original payment method. SKORA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. You will need to return the package to obtain a refund.
We will replace your SKORA product within a year of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty material or manufacturing. Please return your product as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement. Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear.
