RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Orders over $90 shipped within the continental U.S. are eligible for free return shipping using the supplied pre-paid UPS return label. For orders under $90, you may use the supplied pre-paid UPS return label, please note we will deduct $5 from your refund to cover the return shipping. Returns from outside of the U.S. should be sent using an insured and traceable carrier of your choice.

We accept merchandise returns that are undamaged and in their original, unused condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.

Please follow the return instructions found with your shipment. Returns generally take 2-3 weeks to process if sent from continental U.S. locations. Returns sent from overseas locations may take longer. Refunds for returns will be issued to the original payment method. SKORA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. You will need to return the package to obtain a refund.


WARRANTY POLICY

We may replace your SKORA product up to 1 year after purchase if it has failed due to faulty manufacturing. Damage that occurs from general wear and tear is not eligible for replacement. Premature wear and tear due to usage outside of the products intended use is also not eligible for replacement.
