  • Frequently Asked Questions

    Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We offer international shipping via USPS and/or FedEx, based on availability.

    Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping, and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning products to SKORA, if necessary.

    Do you ship to P.O. boxes? Yes, we are able to ship to P.O. boxes via Standard shipping only. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

    How can I pay? We accept the following types of credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

    I have a Coupon/Discount Code, where do I enter it? When you are ready to place your order go to the "My Cart" page, found in the top toolbar of our site, enter your code, click Apply and then click the Checkout button to complete your order.

    Why can't I add more items to my shopping bag? You can add a maximum of six (6) different items per order OR a total Cart maximum of US$950 per order, whichever occurs first.

    I just placed a pre-order, now what? We will notify you with an estimated shipping date shortly. Once your order ships you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. You credit card is not charged until the product ships.

    Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as product has not yet shipped. Please provide us with your Order Number by contacting us at cs@skorarunning.com or call 800-401-2231 (Toll-Free US/CAN) or direct +1-503-847-9040. If your product has shipped you will need to Return the product to us before a Refund can be processed.

    If I select the free FedEx Ground Shipping method, when will my order arrive? Most orders ship within 1 business day of being processed. A business day is Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.

    How can I track my current order placed on www.skorarunning.com? Once your order has been shipped, you can track it by logging onto your account and viewing the shipment and tracking information shown in your order history. You will also be sent a tracking number in your Shipment Confirmation email.

    Can I checkout as a "Guest", rather than signing up for an account. Yes, you can checkout as a Guest. We recommend creating an account so you may view your current order status, review your order history, and experience quicker checkout on future purchases.

    How do I return an item? View our Returns policies for directions on how to return an item.

    When will my return be processed? Please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to inspect your return and process your Refund or Exchange. View our Refund policy.

    Which retailers carry SKORA products? We will make a Retail Locator tool available soon.

    How can I change my username and/or password? You can edit your account details on the My Account Page.

    How do I purchase or redeem a SKORA gift card? We will begin offering gift cards soon.

    How do I remove myself from your mailing list? Each email you receive from us has an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email that will remove you from our email list if you click on it. You can also email us at cs@skorarunning.com.

    Do you offer PRO DEALS or Offers? Yes, we offer generous discounts on our products for Pro's, exclusively on Promotive.com.

  • Store Policies

    Return/Refund Policy

    We include a pre-paid FedEx return shipping label with every package to make returns easy & free (for customers in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia). You may return any SKORA product within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery in their original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

    Residents of U.S. Territories or Canada cannot use this return shipping label; we suggest sending your return using an insured and traceable carrier of your choice.

    Please follow the instructions found on the back of the packing slip to return an item. Returns generally take 2-3 weeks to process if sent from continental U.S. locations. Returns sent from overseas locations may take longer. Refunds for returns will generally be issued to the original payment method.

    SKORA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

    Order Cancellation

    Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. You will need to return the package to obtain a refund.

    Shipping Policy

    We offer FREE FedEx Ground Shipping to the lower 48 continental Unites States, excludes AK & HI. International Shipping is available with USPS or FedEx.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes is not accepted by FedEx. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, except holidays. Orders placed before 11:59 a.m. PST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:59 a.m. PST will ship the next business day. FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:59 a.m. on Fridays will ship on the following business day.

    All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed upon delivery. Please note that all prices listed on this site are in US dollars.

    Warranty Policy

    We will replace your SKORA product within a year of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty material or manufacturing. Please return your product as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement. Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear.

    In order to make every effort to ensure that your shopping experience on the SKORA online store is secure, we use encryption technology to protect you against the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. When you fill out any contact forms or access your account, a secure server encrypts all of your information through the use of Secure Socket Layers (SSLs).
